How Pinn Access Handles Your Data
Reading a page here leaves a short trace in a server log. This page says exactly what is in it.
The Pinn Access privacy policy is short because the site does little: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts and has no form that sends anything and no accounts.
The server does keep an ordinary access log, which holds the address of each page or link you request, the time, and the network address that forwarded the request, for about 14 days. Links to brokers pass through a waiting page whose address also lands in that log. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and handles requests under its own terms, so the network address in our log is Cloudflare's, not yours; what Cloudflare itself records is governed by its own terms. Once you leave for a broker, that broker's own rules apply.
What is recorded when you read a page
Every request to the server is written to an access log. Each line holds the network address that forwarded the request, the date and time, the address you asked for (including anything after a question mark), the response code, the page you came from and your browser's user agent. The log is readable only by the server's administrators.
Logs rotate daily, and roughly 14 days of them are kept, compressed, before they are deleted. No other retention period is defined.
What the site does not do
No cookies are set by the site, and no session is opened. There is no analytics script, no advertising or tracking pixel, and no request to a third-party service in the pages you download: fonts and chart code are served from the site itself. There is no sign-up, no newsletter, no comment box and no contact form, so there is no contact form or sign-up to type into (the calculators are covered below). No account, no login, no profile.
You will not see a consent banner because the site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Read that as a description of how the site works, not as a statement that it meets any particular law.
Where your click goes next
A link to a broker does not open the broker straight away. It opens a short waiting page on this site, then redirects you after about three seconds. The address of that waiting page carries a small marker showing which page and which spot on it the link came from. That marker appears in the access log described above, so it would be wrong to say that clicks leave no trace. They do, in the same log and for the same period.

After the redirect, you are on the broker's site. Its cookies, its data practices and its privacy policy are its own, and we neither control nor describe them. The same goes for Pinnacle: read its own policy before you register anywhere.
The calculators and checkers
Where a page offers a tool, such as a margin calculation or a diagnostic, it runs in your browser. What you type stays there: it is not sent to the server and not stored on your device. Close the tab and it is gone. Reload the page and you start again.
A stake and a set of odds say a good deal about a person. That is why these tools keep them on your screen.
Someone else in the chain
The site is served behind Cloudflare, so your request reaches Cloudflare before it reaches our server. What Cloudflare records, and for how long, is governed by its own terms and settings, and we do not describe it here.

The only way to contact the site is by email at contact@pinnaccess.com. A message is kept like any ordinary email, in a mailbox, with your address and whatever you chose to write. You can ask about a message or about data at that address; we set no deletion date. You can also start from the contact page. Keep sensitive details out of the message.
