What You Can Bet On at Pinnacle, and Which Routes Carry It
Pinnacle's sports offer page has 34 entries, and horse racing is not one of them.
Pinnacle lists football, tennis, basketball, baseball, cricket, darts and esports, and the rule that settles a bet sits in its betting rules, not in the list.
Two official pages publish the list, and they differ, so read both before you assume a sport is covered or missing. The broker routes carry shorter lists of their own. Settlement moves money, so the sections below quote the rule for football, tennis, basketball, esports and racing. Adults only (18+); what you may bet on depends on the law where you live.

Which sports does Pinnacle list, and where do its two lists disagree?
This guide reads what Pinnacle publishes about its own coverage and what each broker route says it carries, and it stays inside those pages. The games side has a page of its own, esports betting at Pinnacle and the broker routes.
The offer page names football and soccer as two entries (football is the American sport), next to cricket, darts, snooker, Aussie Rules, handball, futsal, curling, cycling and an esports submenu that names 13 games. The rules page groups the world differently. It has 32 sport rubrics, among them padel tennis, poker, politics, the Olympics and sports simulations, which the offer page lacks, while chess, biathlon, entertainment and Formula One appear on the offer page only.
One list therefore proves little. Finding a sport on the offer page does not show that its rules are written, and missing from one page does not show that Pinnacle refuses it. Check the sport you care about on both pages, and read the market itself before you fund anything. Pinnacle also says, in its help centre, that it cannot guarantee a request for a new market, sport or league will lead to one, so asking is a hope and not a plan.
What do the bet type definitions say?
The offer page defines its bet types in plain terms. A Money Line is two-way betting, with overtime included unless otherwise specified. On an Asian handicap, quarter lines such as -0.75 split your stake between two lines, so half a bet can win while the other half is returned (how Asian handicap lines settle). Totals, Asian totals, team and player totals, to qualify, 1X2 and teasers complete the set.
Does a tournament or a leaderboard prove coverage?
On its own, a tournament or a leaderboard proves little, and two things Pinnacle has published look like proof. The Pinnacle Cup is an esports tournament series that Pinnacle sponsors, so it says nothing about the markets offered. Silver Stakes were promotional leaderboards in 2023, for soccer, esports and NBA basketball, and they finished that year. A campaign from 2023 says nothing about the leagues priced today, and it says nothing about depth.
Which route reaches which list?
The matrix separates two kinds of list, because they answer different questions. The first group holds the PS3838 and Probet42 accounts: what they list is a product list, whatever each broker says about Pinnacle. The second holds the broker's own platforms and exchanges, whose lists were written for something that is not Pinnacle at all. Each cell names the page it was read on, and no cell carries a count of markets or any claim about depth.

Every cell comes from the operator's own page. A sport named on a page is a listing, not a count of markets, and a racing entry says nothing about prices, limits or countries.
Each broker words the link to Pinnacle in its own way, and the words matter. BetInAsia calls PS3838 a Pinnacle white label. Sportmarket says its direct PS3838 account is powered by Pinnacle, with odds and liquidity "very similar". MadMarket's help article says Probet42 is a branded version of Pinnacle with the same sports and markets, but the link between the two is not published. The first three are claims; the fourth is a silence, because AsianConnect's PS3838 page never names Pinnacle. The lists above are shorter than Pinnacle's offer page, so "same sports" is a description and not an equality. Each account has its own page: what a PS3838 account is and what Probet42 is; how a broker account compares with one at Pinnacle itself puts the two side by side.
Each route has a weak point to weigh before its list matters. BetInAsia reviewers describe document requests that repeat while a balance waits. AsianConnect has few reviews, and most of those describe withdrawals held up for months. MadMarket is the newest of the four, has no independent reviews to read, and promises no limits on winners while its terms let it refuse or limit any bet. Sportmarket states that its PS3838 limits run about 50 percent below Pinnacle's, and it can ask for source-of-funds papers at any stage of a withdrawal. The public record on each broker is wider than the one weak point quoted here.
Which rule settles your bet?
When a match is stopped, moved or changed, three layers of written rules compete to decide the result. Pinnacle's help article on grading states the order: market rules come first, then sport rules, then the general rules. Settled markets are final after 72 hours, and after that no queries are entertained. The cards below keep to one sport each and quote the rule that decides the bet.
Football (soccer)
Ninety minutes, plus stoppage. That is the clock on which Pinnacle's soccer match markets settle unless a market says otherwise.
What the rule says
- Match markets use the result at the end of the scheduled 90 minutes, including added injury or stoppage time. Extra time, a penalty shootout and a golden goal are excluded.
- In-play bets are voided if a VAR decision materially affects the odds of the bets.
Where it bites
- Match started, not completed within 12 hours of kickoff: bets on uncompleted periods are voided, while completed periods such as the first half keep their action. The rules page, which carries no version date, makes one exception: if a referee ends the match after at least 85 minutes, all periods have action.
- Pre-match player markets: the player must start the game for the bet to have action. A wrong score, corner or red card count on the feed voids bets placed during the error.
Before a live bet close to a goal, read the VAR clause: a bet that looks lost can be voided if a VAR decision materially affects the odds, and only the clause says when.
Tennis
A player retires at 0-6, 0-2, and you hold a money line bet on the leader. Is it a winner? The answer is in the first line below, but the seven-day clock comes before any retirement can matter.
What the rule says
- After a retirement or disqualification, the Match Money Line stands if at least one full set was completed, and is void otherwise. At 0-6, 0-2 it stands, while handicap, totals, sets and props are void (help article updated 2026-06-26).
- Bets on a match have action as long as it is completed within seven days of its original schedule.
Where it bites
- ITF singles, Grand Slams excepted, and any doubles match decided by a tie-break or super tie-break in place of a final set: Match Spread and Match Total are void.
- Handicap is settled on total games, so a player can win the match and still lose the handicap bet (help article updated 2026-03-18).
Doubles spreads and totals are the tennis bets to treat with care, because one super tie-break voids them and you are left with a refunded stake and a price you can no longer get.
Basketball
Overtime counts here, which surprises readers used to football markets settled on the clock, and it matters more than it looks because a Money Line, a Total and a Game handicap can all change their result in an extra period that the score at the end of regulation never showed.
What the rule says
- Bets on the Game and 2nd-Half periods include all overtimes played in their result; the Money Line definition says overtime is included unless otherwise specified.
- Elam Ending games: the target must be reached for the bets on the periods concerned to have action.
Where it bites
- In the NBA, Game-period bets are void if fewer than 43 minutes are completed; in every other competition the line is 35 minutes.
- Named-player bets need every named player to play, and NBA player statistics are settled from nba.com, quick for points and three-pointers and slower for other categories.
A live total in an NBA game is the bet to worry about. A game stopped short of 43 minutes voids it, whatever the score stood at.
Esports
Its own rulebook, with sections for CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, League of Legends and others. Pinnacle says it took the industry's first esports bet in 2010, which is its own claim and tells you about history, not depth. The broader picture sits on the esports betting page.
What the rule says
- A match not started 30 hours after its scheduled time is void, and Pinnacle uses the actual match start time, not the broadcast time (help article updated 2026-03-30).
- A changed map format voids bets unless it was stated in the market or had no effect on it, as with a bet on one specific map. A given map advantage moves the offer: a 1-0 start begins at Map 2, a 2-0 start at Map 3.
Where it bites
- The offer page still lists CS:GO and Warcraft 3 and not CS2, while the rules treat CS2 and void markets affected by a map switched to CS:GO.
- Match handicap, Money Line and totals use maps won as the scoring unit; a map cancelled by a forfeit or a disconnection voids the match bets, and completed maps keep theirs.
Confirm the game title on the market itself before you stake, because the two official pages disagree about which titles exist.
Horse racing
Entry not foundPinnacle's own list of sports, its betting rules and its help centre have no horse racing entry. A search of the help centre's 180 articles returns neither "horse" nor "racing".
Where racing is documented
- BetInAsia says BLACK takes back and lay bets on racing and Sharp Exchange takes back bets only; MadMarket says it offers horse racing betting on Edge and on Sharp Exchange. Both name New Zealand, the UK and South Africa, "etc."
- AsianConnect's OrbitX page shows a horse racing tile. Sportmarket's Pro platform lists racing in a 2025 article that its 2026 article does not repeat.
Where it bites
- The accounts named PS3838 or Probet42 carry sports lists without racing.
- Racing on exchanges is a different product from a Pinnacle price: the back side and the lay side, not a Pinnacle line, set what a racing bet can do.
If racing is the reason you are reading, start from the exchange platforms and not from a PS3838 or Probet42 account, because those lists name no racing.
What stays unpublished
The number of markets per sport, the depth behind each line and the leagues covered at any moment are published by none of these operators, so this guide gives no figure for them. Pinnacle says stake limits vary by event and market and are dynamic, set at the discretion of its traders (help article updated 2026-09-01). That is why no route here is ranked by sport: no published number measures odds by sport, so a per-sport best-for label would be an opinion without a source.
Frequently asked questions
Does Pinnacle offer horse racing?
Its published lists carry no racing entry, which is narrower than saying it never takes racing bets. Two addresses of the form /horse-racing/ exist on Pinnacle's site but load an empty shell when fetched, so nothing can be concluded from them. The routes that document racing are in the horse racing card above.
Is there cash-out at Pinnacle?
Pinnacle's help centre says it does not offer a cashout feature for bets and that it will notify players if one is ever introduced (article updated 2026-04-22).
Are the broker lists the same as Pinnacle's?
They are shorter, and they are not identical. The PS3838 list at BetInAsia and the Probet42 list at MadMarket leave out darts, futsal, squash, table tennis and badminton and add virtual sports and CrossFit specials, while Sportmarket's PS3838 list does name darts and badminton. The matrix above shows the rest.
Does a match stopped early still settle?
Only for periods that were played to completion. The football card above gives the 12-hour clock and the 85-minute exception, and tennis works differently: a retirement leaves the match winner bet standing once one full set is complete.
Can I combine bets from the same game?
Pinnacle says a multiple combines two to 10 selections, that propositions and specials cannot be combined in one, and that same-game selections may be restricted when the outcomes are related (help article updated 2026-04-16). Restricted is the word it uses, so a correlated pair may not be offered at all.
