This is an independent guide, not an operator, so it cannot help with an account or a bet. There is no form, no chat and no phone line. A message is an ordinary e-mail, and replies are not guaranteed.

What helps a correction get fixed
Please do write. A guide about rules and versions goes out of date quietly, and a reader who spots the gap is worth having. A wrong sentence, a source that has moved on, a paragraph that reads one way to you and another way to its author: all of it is welcome.
A correction is easiest to act on when it carries four things:
- the address of the page you were reading;
- the sentence you think is wrong, copied as it appears;
- the source that says otherwise, with a link;
- the version of that source, if it shows one.
A dead link or a document that changed version needs only the page and the link. A question about how a page reads can be one line. Your message is handled like any e-mail, and the privacy page explains what the site records when you read it.
Where the inbox stops
- It cannot open an account for you.
- It cannot fix or unblock an account.
- It cannot tell you what to bet.
- It cannot give legal or tax advice.
The site cannot see any account, anywhere. Do not send a password, an identity document, an account number or a screenshot of an account.
If the account itself is the problem
An account belongs to the operator that holds it, so that operator is the one who can act on it. Contact it through the channels shown when you are signed in to your account. An address found elsewhere is not a channel you can trust with account details.
