Read Pinnacle's Country Exclusions Version by Version
Pick your country on Pinnacle's sign-up form, and it checks a list the form never shows you first.

There is no single Pinnacle restricted-country list to check against; three separate versions of its terms are live at once, and each names a different set of countries.
Curacao v3.5 names 53 countries and territories, Anjouan v1.2 names 42, and Malta v3.5 names 41; 40 names sit on all three. Nothing published says which version applies to which customer, so treat the tables and the tool below as a reading aid, not a verdict. The sign-up form, filled in from where you actually live, is the source that decides your case. A country missing from every list here is not the same as a country that is welcome.

Why Pinnacle's restricted countries list is not one document
Pinnacle is not one company with one rulebook right now. Three entities sign the same brand at once: Ragnarok Corporation N.V. runs the Curacao text, Balder Media Ltd runs the Anjouan text, and PinBet Malta Ltd runs the Malta text (two more, in Ontario and Sweden, run local markets with no country list at all). This page sits one level under the wider guide to reaching Pinnacle, and it stays narrow on purpose: which version names your country, read straight from the source, nothing else. The licenses and numbers behind each entity get their own scrutiny in a separate page on whether Pinnacle checks out.
Each entity publishes its own terms, dated and versioned on its own schedule, and clause 1 of each carries its own list of excluded residents. That much is public record. What decides which text actually applies to a given customer, once they type their country into the sign-up form, nobody outside the company has published.
The three current lists overlap heavily, but not completely, and each one ends with a catch-all clause covering any country that bans online gambling for its own residents. That catch-all is why no list on this page, however long, can be read as complete.
The 40 countries every current version excludes
Forty countries and territories appear in Curacao v3.5, Anjouan v1.2 and Malta v3.5 alike, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia among them. The right-hand column also marks which of the three list-publishing brokers on this site name the same country in their own terms (its own position is set out further down, since AsianConnect publishes no country list at all and never appears as a column here).

Broker lists read from each broker's own terms, not from Pinnacle's. BetInAsia's copy is archived from February 2024 and could not be re-checked live; treat it as the last version anyone could actually read, not as today's page.
Where the three versions disagree
Fourteen countries and territories are named by at least one current version and missed by another. This is the difference a single "Pinnacle restricted list" can never show, and it is the reason a customer who reads only one version can end up half right.

Brazil is named only in the Curacao text (the nine Central Asian and Caucasus entries above it follow the same pattern); whether a Brazil-based customer ends up reading that text, or a different one only Pinnacle assigns, is not published, so the sign-up form is what actually decides, not this table.
Can I use Pinnacle where I live?
Pick the country or territory you would register from. The checker below reads it against the same three lists the tables above already show, nothing else, and it never suggests a broker or a route: that decision is yours, and it depends on a great deal more than a country list.
Three-list country checker
Pick a country or territory. The result reads the three current lists only and gives no route or broker back, whatever it finds.
Reads only the country you pick. Nothing is sent or stored, and the result is never a recommendation.
Whatever the checker returns, read it the same way: a country not named in a given version is not a country that version accepts, it is only a country that version does not mention. The catch-all clause in every current text still applies, and only the live sign-up form, filled in from where you actually are, settles a real case.
How the four brokers compare with Pinnacle's own lists
BetInAsia's terms name 13 countries and territories, read from a copy of the site archived in February 2024; the live page currently blocks automated requests, so this page cannot confirm the list is still current (treat it as a reading of the last version anyone could actually read, not of today's page).
AsianConnect publishes no list of excluded countries and says legality depends on your local law. Its FAQ puts the responsibility back on the reader in one line: check your own country's rules before opening an account, because the operator will not. Its registration form happens to offer the United Kingdom and Ireland as options and to leave out the United States and France, but a name on a drop-down menu is an observation about a form, not a rule anyone has published; nothing here reads it as acceptance.
MadMarket's terms name 33, spelled out down to individual French island territories, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion and eight more get their own line instead of one "France and its territories" entry. MadMarket also publishes a separate KYC policy page with an eighteen-name list that is not identical to the one in its terms (it adds Cyprus and Sweden, and drops Russia); which of the two a support team actually applies is not published either.
Sportmarket's terms name only three countries outright, the United States, the United Kingdom and France, then add "any other jurisdiction not available in the country list upon registration." We would not read three names as a short list, because that clause hands the real boundary to a dynamic sign-up form nobody on this page has been able to read in full, and a form can exclude far more than three names without the written terms ever changing.
Put the four side by side and one thing repeats: a short published list is not the same as a short real one. We would treat every gap in the tables above as unresolved, not reassuring, because Pinnacle's own three texts already disagree with each other in fourteen places, and a broker's own dynamic form can narrow a list further without touching its written terms at all. Not named is not accepted, on any of the five documents this page reads from. A fuller, side-by-side account of what each broker route actually offers, beyond country lists, lives in the broker comparison; and whether the PS3838 product two of these brokers sell is really Pinnacle underneath gets checked claim by claim in a separate page built for that question alone.
One check still outranks every table on this page: your own country, typed into the real sign-up form, on the day you register. If every version currently online still names you, the options left once every direct door is closed covers what comes next, and the standard route for everyone else runs through the registration walkthrough.
Frequently asked questions
Is Pinnacle available in the UK?
No. The United Kingdom is named in all three current versions of Pinnacle's terms, Curacao v3.5, Anjouan v1.2 and Malta v3.5 alike, so none of the three texts currently online lets a UK resident open a direct account.
Is Pinnacle available in the Philippines?
It depends on which version of the terms actually applies to that customer, and Pinnacle does not publish the rule that decides that. The Philippines is named in Curacao v3.5 and in Malta v3.5, but not in Anjouan v1.2. A reader in the Philippines cannot tell from the outside which of the three texts governs their own sign-up, so the country field on the real registration form is what settles it, not this table.
Why does the list change between versions?
Because three different entities currently sign the same terms under three different offshore licenses: Ragnarok Corporation N.V. for Curacao, Balder Media Ltd for Anjouan and PinBet Malta Ltd for Malta. Each entity writes and dates its own document, and each one lists a different set of excluded countries in its own clause 1. Nothing published explains how a customer gets assigned to one entity rather than another.
Does a broker account bypass a country restriction?
No, and not one of the four brokers on this page claims that it does. A broker account is a separate contract with the broker, and each one states its own residence rule (or, for AsianConnect, states that its terms keep none), which is worth reading on its own terms rather than treated as a way around Pinnacle's.
