Betting on Pinnacle With Crypto: What Actually Lands in Your Account
Pinnacle lists three cryptocurrencies, and one of them has a deposit floor about fifty times higher in USD than the others.

Pinnacle accepts Bitcoin, Litecoin and USDT Tether, converts them into the fiat currency of your account and keeps no balance in coins.
The payment pages show deposit minimums of 10 USD for Bitcoin and Litecoin and 500 USD for USDT, as displayed on the payment page. Crypto changes how the money arrives, not who may play: identity checks and the rule that funds belong to the account holder still apply, and legality depends on your country. Betting is for adults only, 18+.

How do you bet on Pinnacle with crypto?
You do not bet in crypto. You pay in it. Pinnacle's payment pages say it works with third party exchange providers that convert Bitcoin, Litecoin and USDT into the fiat currency of your account, so the balance you see, and the stakes you place, are in dollars, euros or one of the other account currencies. The same pages warn that fees and conversion rates can fluctuate, and that Pinnacle does not cover mining or network fees on the way in.
The cost of that sits between your wallet and your balance: what you send, minus what the network takes, converted at the rate you are quoted. Pinnacle's pages show deposits as free on all three coins, so the real bill is the network fee and the rate, which is a different kind of charge from the flat fee on a card withdrawal and harder to predict. The wider menu of twenty-two methods is priced in the full table of payment methods, and the account itself is opened through the Pinnacle registration route.
What are the minimums, and what does a small deposit look like?
Floors are set per coin and per currency. Bitcoin and Litecoin start at 10 USD (10 EUR, 15 CAD); USDT starts at 500 USD (450 EUR, 610 CAD). The USDT floor is the one to check first, because it sits in the same list as coins that ask for a fiftieth of it in USD.
The arithmetic: 400 USD in USDT against a 500 floor leaves you 100 short on the ERC20 option, so that deposit cannot go through. Pinnacle says the TRC20 minimum can be lower but gives no figure, so the cashier is the only place to read it. The same 400 in Litecoin clears the 10 USD floor forty times over. What it costs to take money back out is in the withdrawals guide.
A first deposit belongs on Litecoin or Bitcoin, because a typing error or a wrong setting then costs a fraction of what the 500 USD USDT floor puts at risk.
What happens between sending and seeing a balance?
The cashier shows a rate, an address and a QR code, and Pinnacle says all three are valid for 10 minutes. The exchange rate is locked for that window: broadcast the transaction inside it and you receive the quoted rate. Deposits are usually confirmed within 30 to 60 minutes according to the payment pages, which state no number of block confirmations.
A quote that lasts ten minutes changes when you open the deposit page. Have the coins in your wallet and the network fee set before you ask for the address, because a quote that expires while you are still moving funds is one you request again.
What does Pinnacle turn away?
BNB, BEP20 and BEP2 are not accepted, and the help article on Binance and other exchanges (updated 2026-08-19) allows those exchanges only if you follow the protocol Pinnacle directs. Crypto obtained from Garantex or similar services is refused outright.
The network is the one you send on
Coin, network and address must all match what the cashier shows. Pinnacle's USDT page says it "will not be responsible for any financial loss" from a deposit made on an incorrect blockchain or protocol. The page does not say whether such a deposit can be recovered; that is a reading of what Pinnacle publishes, not a quotation, so check coin, network and address against the cashier before you send. Crypto carries no promise of anonymity, and what is legal varies by country.
Does the crypto route change through a broker?
A broker takes the coins into a wallet of its own, and the book sits one transfer away. The wallet is the broker's, so the coin list, the minimums and the withdrawal rules are the broker's and not Pinnacle's. BetInAsia says PS3838 is a Pinnacle white label; MadMarket describes Probet42 as a Pinnacle alternative and publishes no link with Pinnacle. Each card says what its route does with a coin, and what it costs you in return.
Pinnacle, direct
Strong points
- Three coins go straight into one book, with deposits shown as free at Pinnacle's end.
- A rate and address locked for 10 minutes, so the price you are quoted is the price you get if you send in time.
Weak points
- Only three coins, a fiat balance, and network fees that Pinnacle does not cover.
- A conversion rate that can move, set by third party providers.
- Payouts need a two-factor authentication request and a review before approval, as the withdrawals guide sets out.
Not ideal for: anyone who wants to hold a balance in coins, or to pay with a coin outside the three.
BetInAsia
Best for a coin Pinnacle does not list, as stated by the brokerStrong points
- Its help centre lists eleven cryptocurrencies at deposit.
- Crypto deposits are shown as free on its help pages and in the 2024 terms copy. The list of coins available for withdrawal could not be verified.
Weak points
- Reviews describe repeated document requests and funds held during compliance reviews, sometimes after a deposit or a win.
- Its own pages disagree on withdrawal fees, so the rule in force is whatever the portal shows when you ask.
- A PS3838 account runs in euros only.
Not ideal for: anyone who cannot afford to see a balance held for weeks, or who wants a currency other than euros on the Pinnacle-linked account.
MadMarket
Best for a coin Pinnacle does not list, as stated by the brokerStrong points
- Ten or eleven cryptocurrencies depending on the page.
- Crypto deposits shown as free.
Weak points
- Withdrawals only with a cryptocurrency you have already deposited.
- Withdrawal fees written five ways across its pages.
Not ideal for: anyone who wants a track record to read first, since no independent reviews exist and the operator is recent.
Which route suits which balance?
Direct suits a first deposit and a short stay, because the coin list is short and the rules are all in one place. A broker wallet makes sense when you want one balance across several books, and only then. It is also where BetInAsia's reviewers report funds held during compliance reviews, and where MadMarket has no outside record yet, so the amount you leave there should be an amount you can afford to see delayed.
What brokers charge to move money out is covered in the broker fees breakdown, and how the four compare as a route is in the betting broker overview. Whichever wallet you pick, a named identity sits behind it; crypto is a payment rail, not a way around the country rules. Check that your country is supported before you send a coin.
Frequently asked questions
Does Pinnacle accept Bitcoin?
Yes, along with Litecoin and USDT Tether. Whether all three appear in your cashier depends on the country chosen at sign-up and on your account currency: none of the three is offered on a pound account. The payment pages are the only list Pinnacle publishes, and its help centre says the methods you see depend on the country and currency combination.
Can I keep my balance in crypto?
Not in coins. A currency can be changed once, by e-mail, and only when nothing is pending and all funds have been withdrawn, according to a help article updated 2026-08-25.
Which network for USDT?
Pinnacle shows two USDT options in the cashier, ERC20 (on the Ethereum blockchain) and TRC20. TRC20 may not be offered for every country and currency combination, in which case only ERC20 appears, and the minimum can be lower on TRC20. Pinnacle does not say which of the two to prefer, so use the one the cashier shows you and copy the address it gives for that option.
Does crypto skip verification?
Pinnacle publishes nothing that exempts crypto. The thresholds depend on which version of its terms governs your account, and Pinnacle does not say which. The rule that funds belong to the account holder covers payments in general, so a coin bought on someone else's exchange account is a problem, not a shortcut. The document checks are laid out in the account verification guide.
Is the wagering rule different?
For crypto, Pinnacle's own pages split: the rollover article says once the deposit, while the coin payment pages and the terms say three times. Trust the number your cashier prints on the day; the cost of missing it is worked through in the rollover section of the bonus breakdown.
