A Week-by-Week Log for Your First Month on Pinnacle
Three clocks run on a Pinnacle account, and each one starts from a different event.

Your first month on Pinnacle fits in a log of 14 checks, from the terms version you see on day 0 to the inactivity rule that applies after day 30.
It works as a first bet checklist for everything around the bet: documents, deposit, withdrawal. Each official line restates Pinnacle's own terms or help centre with its version. Dates in the journal count from the day 0 you enter, and some clocks start from other events instead: the NAf 4,000 threshold, the calendar month, your last deposit or bet. Fill in your dates and proof labels, then export the log as a CSV file. This is an independent guide. Pinnacle's rules vary by country, so confirm what applies where you live. Adults only (18+).

Which day does each clock start?
The account itself is opened in the Pinnacle registration guide; this page starts once the form is submitted.
The first clock is the one that can freeze a balance. Under the Curaçao terms it is 30 days, counted from the moment your deposits and withdrawals, added together, reach the NAf 4,000 threshold. Register on day 0 and reach it on day 12, and the deadline falls on day 42; reach it on day 3 and it falls on day 33. Which version governs an account is not stated (row 2), so each deadline reads as a condition: if the Curaçao terms apply to you. If that feels like homework, it is, but it is cheaper to do on the day than to rebuild from old emails later.
The second is the calendar month behind the free withdrawal (row 11): the 31st and the 1st each open a month, so two withdrawals a day apart can both be free.
The third is the slowest: it counts in months, so the log handles it in its last row and the FAQ below gives its end point.
The first 30 days on Pinnacle, line by line
Each row is one check. Rows with a day number get a calculated date once you enter day 0; rows without one take a date you type yourself, because their clock starts from an event of its own. The Type column separates rules Pinnacle publishes, labelled Official rule, from habits the log asks of you, labelled Log habit, which the sources do not require. What the documents are checked for is explained in the account verification guide, and the minimum for each payment method is in the deposit methods table.
Before you close the tab
The log lives in this page's memory only, so closing the tab erases it and no entry leaves your browser. Download the CSV first (seven columns: Date, Step, Official source, Fact, Proof kept, Note, Type), with up to six blank lines of your own.
| When | Step | What the source says | Source | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Day 0 | Note the registration day and the time the activation email arrives | Activation emails typically arrive within 1 to 2 minutes and, in rare cases, up to 30 minutes. | Help articles updated 2026-08-31 | Official rule |
| Day 0 | Write down the terms version you are shown | Two versions are published, Curaçao v3.5 and Anjouan v1.2, and which clocks apply follows from the version. The sign-up form and the help centre leave the choice unstated, so the log asks you to record the one you are shown. | Terms pages, Curaçao v3.5 and Anjouan v1.2 | Log habit |
| Day 0 to 1 | Have a photo ID and a proof of address ready | The proof of address must be issued within the last 6 months. The terms ask for a picture ID and a recent utility bill listing your name and address. | Help article updated 2026-07-14; terms clause 2 | Official rule |
| Days 1 to 3 | Record the day you sent the documents and the status shown | Identity verification usually completes within a few minutes. Address verification or card statement review can take up to 72 hours, and in some cases longer. | Help article updated 2026-09-01 | Official rule |
| Before the first deposit | Record the payment method, the account currency and the name on the method | Pinnacle requires no minimum deposit to open an account, although some methods set their own. Balances appear in the currency selected when the account was opened, and payments must be in your own name. | Help articles updated 2026-06-26 and 2026-06-29; terms clause 5 | Official rule |
| Day of the first deposit | Record the date, the method, and which rollover rule your method page shows | The help centre states 3x the deposit for most methods and 1x for crypto. The terms and the Bitcoin, Litecoin and USDT payment pages state three times for any deposit. The two are not reconciled anywhere, so the log records the one you see. | Help article updated 2026-08-25; terms v3.5 and v1.2, clause 7 | Official rule |
| Week 1 | Note the minimum stake and where maximums are set | The minimum stake is US$1 on a parlay and US$2 on other bet types, or the local equivalent. Maximum limits vary by event and market and are set at the discretion of Pinnacle's traders. | Help article updated 2026-09-01 | Official rule |
| Weeks 1 to 2 | Keep a running total of deposits and withdrawals, and record the day Pinnacle asks for documents | Under the Curaçao terms, Pinnacle may require identity and address documents once that total reaches NAf 4,000 (no dollar or euro equivalent is published). The account is suspended if they are not provided within 30 days of reaching it. | Curaçao terms v3.5, clauses 7 and 8 | Official rule |
| Week 2 | Look at the deposit limit tools | A deposit limit can be set per day, per week or per 30 days. Raising or removing it takes a mandatory 24 hour cooling-off period. | Help articles updated 2026-06-19 and 2026-07-09 | Official rule |
| Weeks 2 to 3 | Check the balance before any new deposit | Depositing while your balance already covers your bets causes unnecessary fees, may lead to the full fees being charged to you, and could lead to suspension or closure of the account. | Terms v3.5 and v1.2, clause 7 | Official rule |
| Week 3 | Before the first withdrawal, check the method, the name and the current calendar month | Each client gets one free withdrawal per calendar month, and the help centre states no minimum amount for it, while the method page shows its own minimum. The terms say withdrawals must go back to the method used to deposit; the help centre only recommends it. | Help articles updated 2026-03-30; terms clause 8 | Official rule |
| Day of the first withdrawal | Record the date, the method, the stated timing and the timing you observed | Stated timings: crypto within minutes, bank transfer 1 to 2 hours (EUR 1 to 3 banking days), cards a few minutes and in rare cases up to 5 banking days, Interac e-Transfer within one business day. Keep any transaction ID in your own records; the log takes no IDs. | Help article updated 2026-09-18 | Official rule |
| Days 28 to 30 | Review the month: fees paid, verification status, withdrawals against the free one; note the window for disputing a settlement | A dispute about how a bet was settled must be lodged within three days of the result being decided, from the email address registered on the account. | Terms v3.5 and v1.2, clause 22 | Official rule |
| After day 30 | Know the inactivity rule | An account counts as inactive after 12 consecutive months with no successful deposit and/or no betting activity, and Pinnacle notifies you in the 11th month. An inactivity fee may apply depending on the licence; the terms it points to state no amount. | Terms clause 6; help article updated 2026-08-19 | Official rule |
Dates are calculated from the day 0 you enter above; rows whose clock starts from an event take a date you type. Your entries stay in this page's memory.
What can a first bet checklist for Pinnacle not do?
- Stakes and first-deposit amounts are left out; the sources give a minimum and the log stops at quoting it.
- Your country, your documents and the name on the payment method stay between you and the terms; the log has no advice on bending them.
- The Proof kept and Note fields take labels such as "screenshot saved in my own folder", never names, document numbers, card or wallet details or transaction IDs.
- Where Pinnacle's pages disagree, the log records the wording you were shown and leaves the choice to you.
Pinnacle's pages disagree in three places: rollover (row 6), whether a withdrawal must return to the deposit method (row 11), and whether the 10 percent charge on an under-played deposit is at Pinnacle's discretion or certain to apply. Note the wording you were shown; the figures are in the withdrawal rules page, and crypto deposits have their own payment pages, summarised in the crypto payments guide.
The deposit limit of week 2 and the other player controls are described on the responsible gambling page.
Brokers keep other calendars
A broker account adds the broker's own calendar to Pinnacle's. BetInAsia describes its withdrawal fees over a rolling 30 days, where Pinnacle counts the calendar month, although two of its 2026 help articles do not agree on whether the first withdrawal is free. Sportmarket's help centre says the first card or e-wallet withdrawal in a month has no fee and each further one in that month costs 2% (minimum 5 euros), and it does not say whether its month is calendar or rolling. It also attaches a 5x turnover requirement to each deposit, with the right to charge 2 to 5% if a withdrawal comes before it is met.
Each has a weak spot worth a line in your own log. Reports about BetInAsia describe verification requests that repeat and funds held during compliance reviews. Sportmarket requires verification before any withdrawal, and a few reports describe closed accounts and frozen funds, from a thin sample. For opening the account itself, see the broker account walkthrough.
Frequently asked questions
When is my first free withdrawal on Pinnacle?
The first request you make in a calendar month. The help centre grants one free withdrawal per calendar month and gives no minimum amount for it, so the request that opens a month is the free one, including in the month you registered. The verification and rollover rules in the log rows still apply before a withdrawal is accepted. A second request in the same month pays the fee of the method you use, with method-by-method figures in the withdrawal cost breakdown.
What happens if I do not send documents within 30 days?
That depends on which terms apply to you, and Pinnacle does not publish which do. Under the Curaçao terms (version 3.5), once your deposits and withdrawals together reach NAf 4,000 or the currency equivalent, Pinnacle may be required to run extra checks and ask for identity and address documents. If they are not provided within 30 days of that threshold being reached, the account is suspended (clauses 7 and 8), and until they arrive clause 7 refuses further deposits and clause 8 withdrawals. The 30 days count from the day the threshold was reached, and Pinnacle publishes no dollar or euro equivalent of the NAf figure. The Anjouan terms (version 1.2) set no threshold and no 30 day limit; they say Pinnacle may carry out additional verification procedures for any withdrawal.
Does Pinnacle close an account I stop using?
Twelve months without a successful deposit and/or betting activity marks the account as inactive, and Pinnacle notifies you in the 11th month. The terms put closure at 84 months of inactivity, when Pinnacle says it will attempt to return any remaining balance to you. Between those two points the terms add only a possible inactivity fee, which the help centre ties to the licence and whose amount is unpublished, so the log keeps one line for it and gives you no figure to plan around.
Which version of the terms applies to my account?
Pinnacle does not say, on the sign-up form or in the help centre. The two versions sit on separate pages and each names a different contracting company, but the pages do not link an individual account to either. That is why row 2 asks you to record the version you are shown, and why each deadline here is worded as a condition. Readers who want cover under either version can keep the documents ready from day 0, since the threshold has no published equivalent to watch.
